The Lexington Countywide Stormwater Consortium was established in 2007. Since then, the Consortium logo has not been updated. In order to better reflect the mission and vision of the LCSC, a new logo was designed. This in-house process lasted just under two months as the Stormwater Outreach Coordinator, Hannah Malcom, worked to design the logo. After receiving feedback from Consortium members and a week-long voting process, the new design was selected. The new logo incorporates water, a storm drain, and an element of local aquatic wildlife to show that what enters storm drains directly effects our waterways. Remember: only rain down the drain!
Over the next few months of 2024, the old LCSC logo will be phased out and the new one will take over.
